Wo are we?

Owner of Fresh Ventures is Patrick Hendriks, an experienced online media entrepreneur and senior management consultant with deep roots in media. He has a managerial background in the publishing industry and has worked in a large variety of B2B, consumer, STM and educational markets. Patrick's experience includes business development, strategy, new product development, venture capital and M&A. His whole career he has been involved in the media industry in various B2B and consumer market segments. Early on in his careeer as an academic researcher and lecturer focusing on Dutch media firms with interests in magazine and newspaper markets, followed by almost ten years as a senior manager in one of the world's largest professional information publishing firm Wolters Kluwer in various strategy, M&A and general management roles. Patrick holds a PhD degree in Communications (Amsterdam School of Communications, 1998) and graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 1992 (M.A. in Communications).
